***A one week minimum stay will be required during the Paducah Quilt Show April 21-24 ($132.00).  Reservations will be accepted beginning  February 2010.***

   Daily Rates:  

          Pull in Sites

               (full hookups, 30/50 amp.)     $20.00    

          Pull Through Sites  

               (full hookups, 30/50 amp.)     $22.00  

          Extra People          $2 ea per day

 

 

Dry Camping (tent)

         $5 per day + $2 per person

Tent camping at sites (full hookups)

         $20 per day (based on 2 person occupancy)

         $2 for each additional person per day

         

   Weekly Rates - stay 7 nights for the price of 6!!!

          Pull in Sites    

               (full hookups, 30/50 amp)      $120.00

          Pull Through Sites  

               (full hookups, 30/50 amp)      $132.00

 

 

   Monthly Rates -

           $250.00 plus electricity

            $75.00 meter deposit 

 

Beginning April 1, 2009 there will be a charge of 3% on all credit card transactions.

Check out time: 11:00 am

 

Rates do not include state and local sales  tax.  (6%) as of July 2009

    To make reservations, call 270-898-2099 or toll free at 1-866-648-CAMP.

    Office hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (CST)

    Reservations must be made by phone.

     

     

     

     

    Cancellation Policy

    During the week of the Quilt Show, April 21-24, 2010, reservations that are not cancelled by April 4th, will be charged for the full reservation.

     

    All other reservation dates follow this cancellation policy.

    Cancellations will be accepted if made at least 3 days prior to reservation, at no cost.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to reservation, will incur a service fee of $15 per day.

    Reservations that are not cancelled, will be charged for the full reservation.

     

    Refund Policy

    Refunds will revert back to a daily or weekly rate (whichever is applicable) and the customer will receive the difference in their balance paid to Victory RV Park and Campground Inc.  

    After 2 weeks, monthly commitments will be considered paid in full and only the difference between electrical usage and the electrical deposit will be refunded. 

    A 5% processing fee will be incurred on all credit card refunds.
