Victory founder, Doug Barnes, is an avid RVer who has traveled across the nation camping anywhere from grassy fields to full-service campgrounds.  Through my experiences and conversations with fellow travelers, I uncovered a need for RV and camping facilities in my hometown of Paducah, KY.  Due to my knowledge of RVing and various personal experiences, I know what it takes to create and maintain an efficient and enjoyable RV park and campground.  Come by and hear my stories and share some of your own at Victory.

Making friends has been a great benefit to me since  opening the campground in 2008 Speaking of new friends, I met Beverly here and we were married  Dec. 15 2012 ! 

We sponsor local racers.  

 We have met really interesting people.  These folks came across the BIG POND to the United States.
